Review of the voucher and agreement
We review the grant decision and the service agreement you signed. The last deadline for signing agreements expired on 31 May 2026, so we start from what is already signed and what remains to be delivered.
The Kit Consulting voucher funded up to €24,000 in advisory services to design an SME's digital transformation strategy. The call is now closed: if you signed your advisory agreement in time, Summum Sistemas supports you through delivery and justification.
The Kit Consulting call is closed (Acelera Pyme), and the last deadline for signing service agreements, which applied to vouchers granted from 28 February 2026, expired on 31 May 2026 (BOE-B-2026-11759). The programme, governed by Order TDF/436/2024 of Spain's Ministry for Digital Transformation and Public Administration, awarded advisory vouchers to SMEs with between 10 and 249 employees. The grant amount depended on company size: €12,000 for companies with 10–49 employees, €18,000 for those with 50–99, and €24,000 for those with 100–249. Funding came from the NextGenerationEU Recovery Plan, with a total budget of €300 million.
The voucher was redeemed by contracting an Adhered Digital Adviser (Asesor Digital Adherido) of the programme, who carried out a digital maturity assessment and designed a tailored roadmap with specific investments, timelines and priorities. Eligible areas included business strategy and performance, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence, 360° digital transformation and customer experience management, among others. The outcome is a roadmap the company can execute on its own or with outside support.
Summum Sistemas has been accompanying SMEs through digitalisation projects since 2017 — ERP, cybersecurity, systems integration, Power Platform and regulatory compliance. That hands-on experience, combined with our status as an Adhered Digital Adviser in Kit Consulting, ensures that diagnostics focus on the real operational needs of the business rather than generic documents. We also coordinate with the group's sister divisions — Summum IA for intelligent automation, Summum Consultoría for data governance and NIS2 compliance — so that the roadmap covers every dimension of the transformation.

We apply the programme's digital maturity framework to evaluate your processes, technology infrastructure, data capabilities and internal competencies. The audit combines structured interviews with department heads and an analysis of your current systems.
We deliver a prioritised roadmap with specific initiatives, investment estimates, technical dependencies and tracking KPIs. Each initiative specifies which solution or technology covers it and whether any open call could fund it.
We prepare all supporting documentation required by Red.es: reports, session records and validation minutes. We manage all communication with the agency through to the favourable resolution and payment of the subsidy.
The operational detail: what we deliver as part of the work and what we keep alive afterwards.
File review
We check the status of the voucher, the signed service agreement and the documents the Red.es justification will require.
Digital maturity assessment
Structured evaluation of the digitalisation level across process, technology, data, talent and cybersecurity areas, with an executive report for management.
Digital transformation roadmap
A roadmap with prioritised initiatives, estimated investments, realistic timelines and monitoring metrics tailored to the company's sector and size.
Identification of complementary grants
Cross-referencing of the roadmap against open calls (CDTI, regional programmes) to make the most of available public funding. Kit Digital no longer accepts new applications.
Multidisciplinary Grupo Summum coordination
When the roadmap touches AI, automation, advanced cybersecurity or regulatory compliance, we activate the group's specialist divisions to ensure the diagnosis is complete and actionable.
Justification and post-voucher follow-up
Support during the Red.es justification phase and quarterly progress reviews of the roadmap for the twelve months following delivery.
Kit Consulting opens the roadmap; Grupo Summum's divisions execute each track: Summum IA automates processes and deploys intelligent agents, Summum Sistemas integrates ERP and handles Verifactu compliance, and Summum Consultoría covers NIS2, data governance and GDPR.
If the roadmap identifies process automation as a priority, Summum IA delivers the workflows using n8n and artificial intelligence.

View service →Yes. Kit Consulting and Kit Digital were complementary, not mutually exclusive programmes: the Kit Consulting roadmap typically identified which Kit Digital solutions made sense as a next step, provided the two vouchers did not fund the same item. Today the calls for both programmes are closed.
No. The call is closed (Acelera Pyme), and the last deadline for signing service agreements, which applied to vouchers granted from 28 February 2026, expired on 31 May 2026 (BOE-B-2026-11759). If you signed your agreement in time, what remains is to deliver the advisory service and justify it.
The application was filed at the Red.es electronic office with the company's tax ID, registered name and tax address, plus a declaration of the de minimis aid received over the last three years, among other requirements of Order TDF/436/2024. Applications are no longer accepted: the call is closed.
Not necessarily. The catalogue included categories such as business strategy and performance, cybersecurity, data analytics, artificial intelligence and 360° digital transformation. Companies could contract a single category or combine several depending on the amount for their segment.
Yes. Summum Sistemas is an Adhered Digital Adviser (Asesor Digital Adherido) in the Kit Consulting programme, the role Order TDF/436/2024 sets out for delivering the advisory services and filing their justification. The call for SMEs is closed, so today we only work on agreements that have already been signed.
