In February 2021, TeamSystem S.p.A. — founded in Italy in 1979 with an approximate turnover of 1.15 billion euros in 2025 — acquired Software del Sol (DELSOL) and began an expansion in Spain that has since added eight further acquisitions: Billin, Aplifisa, Distrito K, Golden Soft, Quipu and AIG Classic, among others. The result is an ecosystem covering everything from the simplest invoicing for a freelancer (Billin, Factusol) to advanced accounting for a professional firm (Contasol, Aplifisa) and distribution or manufacturing ERP (Distrito K). Summum Sistemas, with nineteen years of experience in management software implementation, acts as a specialist consultancy across the entire catalogue.

One of the most pressing drivers of demand is Verifactu. Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 sets 1 January 2027 as the deadline for legal entities to use compliant invoicing systems; self-employed professionals have until 1 July 2027. Compliance is not obtained through an 'AEAT approval' — a concept that does not exist — but through the manufacturer's declaration of conformity provided for in RD 1007/2023. Factusol, Billin and Aplifisa's FactuGes module already incorporate Verifactu. If your company uses any of these products and has not yet completed the migration or configuration, the window is narrowing: acting in 2025–2026 avoids last-minute pressure and the risk of non-compliance.

For accounting firms and professional practices, Aplifisa — based in Salamanca since 1983 and present in approximately 10% of the advisory software market — offers a tax suite (Personal Income Tax, Corporate Tax, VAT, official forms), a payroll suite (payroll, Social Security, SEPE), accounting with SII, FactuGes with Verifactu, OCR via ApliScan and an employee portal. Summum Sistemas implements and supports the entire Aplifisa suite with the same team that handles the rest of the TeamSystem ecosystem, simplifying communication and speeding up incident resolution.

The TeamSystem / DELSOL Solutions process.

The process · four stages
01

Diagnosis and roadmap

We analyse your current software, data volumes (invoices, accounting entries, payroll), existing integrations and your situation regarding Verifactu or SII. We deliver a report with the implementation or migration path, timelines and risks.

02

Implementation or migration

We install and configure the chosen TeamSystem product: financial year setup, chart of accounts, invoicing series, SII connection or Verifactu activation, and import of master data and historical balances from the previous system (including migrations from ContaPlus/Sage 50 to Contasol).

03

Training and go-live

We train key users using real business scenarios: purchase and sales workflows in Factusol, tax return preparation in Contasol, payroll and Social Security calculations in Nominasol. We accompany you through the first closing or the first declaration to make sure everything goes smoothly.

04

Ongoing support

Once live, we provide technical and functional support: version updates, incident resolution, adjustments for regulatory changes (new AEAT forms, collective agreements, income tax tables) and an annual review of the environment to identify improvements.

Frequently asked questions about TeamSystem / DELSOL Solutions.

Do I need to change software to comply with Verifactu?

Not necessarily. If you already use Factusol, Billin or Aplifisa (FactuGes), the manufacturer has updated those products to be compliant through a declaration of conformity (RD 1007/2023). What you do need is to update to the correct version and configure the system properly. Summum Sistemas handles that update and the pre-deadline testing: 1 January 2027 for legal entities, 1 July 2027 for self-employed professionals.

Is Summum Sistemas certified by TeamSystem?

Yes. Summum Sistemas is an Official TeamSystem Partner, which accredits us directly with the manufacturer to implement, migrate and support the entire DELSOL ecosystem: Factusol, Contasol, Nominasol, Aplifisa, Billin, DELSOL 360 and Distrito K. We have been working with management software for SMEs and professional firms in Castilla y León and the Canary Islands since 2007. Official Partner status gives us direct manufacturer support, certified training, early access to new versions and a direct escalation channel for complex incidents.

Can you migrate data from ContaPlus or Sage 50 to Contasol?

Yes. Migration from ContaPlus (now Sage 50) to Contasol is one of our most common projects. It includes exporting the chart of accounts, historical entries, opening balances, client and supplier records, and verifying that everything reconciles after the import. The process typically takes one or two days for a company with a normal volume of accounting entries.

Is Contasol compatible with SII?

Yes. Contasol includes an SII (Immediate Information Supply) module for companies subject to it — those exceeding 6 million euros in annual turnover or those voluntarily enrolled. SII and Verifactu are mutually exclusive regimes under current regulations: companies under SII are not required to adopt Verifactu. Summum Sistemas configures and maintains both modalities.

What if I run an accounting firm and use Aplifisa for multiple clients?

Aplifisa is designed to manage multiple companies from a single environment, which is exactly the working model of an accounting firm. Summum Sistemas implements the complete suite — tax, payroll, accounting and FactuGes with Verifactu — and trains the practice team in multi-client workflows, including bulk tax return submission and the use of ApliScan OCR to speed up document processing.
