Functional analysis
Real processes. Which Odoo catalogue modules already cover your operations and where there is room for custom development.
Odoo 19 with native AI, a catalogue of over forty standard modules and the ability to develop custom modules when the catalogue falls short. Open-source and flexible.
Odoo is the most established open-source ERP on the market. Version 19 incorporates native AI, an automation layer with integrated n8n, and a module catalogue covering everything from accounting to ecommerce, HR, marketing, manufacturing and maintenance. Its key strength: modularity without per-user licensing — and the ease of developing custom modules when the standard catalogue falls short.
We work in two modes. Odoo Enterprise hosted on Odoo.sh or Odoo Cloud when the client values the commercial solution with direct vendor support. Odoo Community self-hosted on our infrastructure or the client's when the case justifies open-source modules and greater data control.
Our difference is threefold. First, we combine Odoo's standard modules with Summum IA's AI agents on top of the ERP. Second, when the catalogue does not fit, we develop custom modules with the same Summum Sistemas team that does pure development — an Odoo partner that is also a software studio, not just a configurator. And third, we integrate with everything you already have: your CRM, your ecommerce, your logistics platform, your field logbook.

Standard modules configured on your chart of accounts, dimensions, approval workflows, roles and permissions.
When the catalogue falls short, we develop custom: new data models, views, unique business rules. Without reinventing what Odoo already does well.
Monthly fee with SLA. Updates, enhancements, support. Summum IA's AI layer on top when it adds value.
The Odoo catalogue covers 70% of any SME's operations. The other 30% is built with custom modules — Odoo allows this without turning into a different ERP.

Odoo is flexible. That is why it fits into the cluster alongside the AI layer, the vertical software and Summum's operational support.
AI agents on top of Odoo: invoice reading, reconciliation, customer service. The operational copilot everyone is talking about.
View service → sistemasIf Odoo is the accounting foundation, Summum's vertical software covers the sector's specific trade. They connect via API.
View service → sistemasOutsourced IT for day-to-day operations: maintenance, enhancements, support. Same team, same monthly fee.
View service →Enterprise for clients who value critical modules such as Studio and direct support. Community for simpler cases or when the licence cost is not justified. We clarify this during the diagnostic.
Yes, and it is where we add the most value. New data models, views, unique business rules, integrations with your stack. With the same team that does pure development at Summum Sistemas.
Odoo.sh or Odoo Cloud for Enterprise; Azure Spain or OVH for Community or when data residency requirements apply.
It is one of our most common cases: a client that grows and outgrows Holded. Planned migration with clean data, typically between 2 and 4 months.
