What plan do I need?
It depends on volume: users, invoices per month, modules you will use. We confirm it on the first call with your actual figures. Starting on the wrong plan is the number-one source of friction with Holded.
Do you do custom development on Holded?
Yes. Holded has a full API and a webhook system. When the client's workflow is unique — an unusual sales channel, a proprietary commission rule, a non-standard integration — we build a custom module that connects to Holded via API. Your Holded stays Holded, with no patches to the vendor's code.
What if I outgrow it?
We plan it. Migration to Odoo or Sage 200 with clean data, preserved history and Holded kept operational during the transition. Typically 2–4 months.
Support?
Fixed monthly fee with unlimited tickets, first response < 4h during business hours, SOC escalation for incidents. No annual commitment.
