Functional analysis
BC aligned to real operations, not a generic template. Modules: financials, sales, purchasing, warehouse, projects.
Dynamics 365 Business Central as an ERP integrated with Outlook, Teams and Power BI. We migrate your existing Navision without losing history or stopping operations.
Dynamics 365 Business Central is Microsoft's cloud ERP for SMEs and mid-market companies, built as the successor to Dynamics NAV (Navision): it shares NAV's data model and much of its business logic, but adds cloud architecture, continuous updates and Copilot built in from day one.
Microsoft now concentrates all new development on Business Central. On-premises Navision installations remain operational and supported, but they receive no new functionality: whoever is still on an older NAV version works today on a stable base that no longer evolves.
We work as an active partner: implementing the financial, sales, purchasing, warehouse and projects modules, integrating with CRM (Dynamics Sales or third-party), and configuring approval workflows to match your actual organisational structure.
For companies already investing in Microsoft licensing, BC is the option that minimises total cost: one identity, one support contract, one Sistemas team for everything.
Not every Business Central partner does the same job: some resell the licence and subcontract the implementation, others run it end-to-end with their own team. The difference shows up the day after go-live, when the cases the analysis missed start appearing.
We are a Microsoft Partner. We do not advertise a specific Business Central certification tier because we have not confirmed one today; what we do stand behind is the full cycle (analysis, implementation, integration and support) with the same Sistemas team that already knows your installation when you need a change.
BC aligned to real operations, not a generic template. Modules: financials, sales, purchasing, warehouse, projects.
Chart of accounts, analytical dimensions and approval workflows aligned to the company's actual org chart.
Dynamics CRM or third-party, Outlook, Teams, Power BI, and the Spanish tax localisation.
Activation and configuration by role, with team training before we call the project closed.
Migrating from Navision is not a fresh install: we start from your current NAV's accounting history, customer and supplier master data, and item catalogue, and bring them into Business Central, validating the balances before cutover.
What is kept: chart of accounts structure, analytical dimensions and whatever history you decide to migrate rather than archive. What gets rebuilt: C/AL customisations are rewritten as AL extensions, Business Central's development language, because old Navision code is not compatible as-is.
The typical timeline has four stages: an audit of the source Navision installation to see which customisations are still in use, master data migration into a test environment, validation by the client's team, and a production cutover outside business hours to minimise impact.
The operational detail: what we deliver as part of the engagement and what we keep active afterwards.

Sectors where we implement it: discrete manufacturing, wholesale distribution, professional services, and multi-site retail. The financial and sales module base is common; what changes by sector are the analytical dimensions and approval workflows.
Business Central is licensed per user, per month, under two Microsoft tiers: Essentials, covering most financial and supply-chain operations, and Premium, which adds manufacturing and service management. Final cost depends on how many users need each tier and which add-on apps you activate.
We do not publish a fixed rate because it varies by user tier and add-ons: use our Business Central licence calculator to estimate your monthly cost before requesting a quote.
Business Central shares identity with the rest of Microsoft 365: purchase approvals land in Outlook, KPIs get shared in a Teams channel, and documents live in the same SharePoint the rest of the company already uses.
Power BI connectors are included: no separate integration project is needed to get a financial and sales dashboard updated from Business Central in real time.
On that same base we add the adaptation to Verifactu and mandatory B2B e-invoicing when the installation requires it, without relying on development outside the ERP.
Business Central's Copilot lives inside the ERP itself: it drafts product lines from a photo or a URL, suggests expense categories during bank reconciliation, and produces cash-flow forecasts from data you already have loaded, without exporting anything to another tool.
It is an additional licence on top of Microsoft 365, not a separate module to integrate: we activate it as part of the implementation and configure it by role, so each user sees the suggestions relevant to their job.
If, beyond this native Copilot, you need agents that automate whole processes on top of your ERP (recurring reconciliations, report generation, repetitive tasks outside Business Central), that layer is different and lives at ERP + operational copilot.
BC + Copilot is the natural Microsoft combination.
It is the natural choice. One identity, one support team, native integration.
No. It requires an additional licence on top of M365. We activate it as part of the implementation.
BC for SMEs and mid-market (up to approximately 250 users). F&O for large enterprises.
It depends on scope: migrating master data and opening balances takes a matter of weeks; migrating complex NAV customisations extends the project. We size it in the initial analysis, not with a generic figure.
Not necessarily: your Navision history can be migrated into Business Central or kept queryable in a read-only environment, depending on the volume and age of the data.
We audit them one by one: the ones still adding value are rebuilt as Business Central extensions, the ones that no longer do are dropped. No code is migrated without reviewing whether it is still useful.
Cloud is the default choice: Microsoft ships new features there first and it requires no infrastructure of your own. On-premises still exists for those who need full data control, at the cost of more maintenance.
