DELSOL 360 is the cloud-integrated version of the three most widely deployed programmes from Software del Sol (TeamSystem): Factusol for invoicing and stock control, Contasol for professional accounting with SII, and Nominasol for payroll and social security contributions. The suite shares a common database and synchronises transactions in real time: an invoice issued in Factusol goes straight to the Contasol journal with no re-exports or manual copies.

The major driver of change in 2025–2026 is Verifactu. Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 sets 1 January 2027 for legal entities and 1 July 2027 for self-employed individuals as the deadlines for issuing invoices through systems that generate verifiable records with the Spanish tax authority (AEAT). Factusol — the invoicing module of DELSOL 360 — already incorporates the manufacturer's responsible declaration mechanism (RD 1007/2023): there is no official AEAT homologation or certified software list; it is the manufacturer itself that declares compliance. Migrating to DELSOL 360 now means meeting the deadline with time to spare for testing and training.

Many SMEs in Castilla y León and the Canary Islands have been working with desktop versions of Factusol or Contasol for years, in some cases using free or legacy licences. Moving to the cloud suite means updating workflows, training the team, reviewing tax configurations and, often, cleaning up the product master or the chart of accounts. Summum Sistemas has been accompanying management software implementations in SMEs since 2007: we know the common friction points and resolve them before they disrupt operations.

The DELSOL 360 process.

The process · four stages
01

Diagnosis and mapping

We analyse your current situation: installed version, transaction volume, number of payroll employees, stock and sales-channel requirements. We identify which data to migrate, which configuration to adapt and what training each user profile needs.

02

Configuration and data migration

We create the company in DELSOL 360, import the chart of accounts, product master, customer and supplier portfolio, and opening balances. We configure VAT types, invoice series and Verifactu parameters to ensure compliance from the very first entry.

03

Training and go-live

We train users by module: invoicing and stock with Factusol, accounting and tax returns with Contasol, payroll and contract management with Nominasol. Go-live runs in parallel with the previous system during a verification period agreed with you.

04

Ongoing support

Once in production, we provide technical and functional support: incident resolution, version updates, adaptations to regulatory changes (new AEAT forms, SII updates, collective agreement revisions) and system extensions as your business grows.

The operational detail: what we deliver as part of the work and what we keep alive afterwards.

  • Factusol cloud implementation

Platform registration, configuration of invoice series, price lists, warehouses and stock control. Activation of the Verifactu module in accordance with RDL 15/2025.

  • Contasol cloud implementation

Adapted chart of accounts, SII configuration for companies required to use it (turnover > €6 M/year), VAT, income tax and corporation tax returns, and annual accounts.

  • Nominasol cloud implementation

Employee registration, collective agreement configuration, integration with NS Conect@ and SILTRA for social security submissions, and contract and withholding tax management.

Frequently asked questions about DELSOL 360.

Is DELSOL 360 approved by the AEAT for Verifactu?

The legal mechanism is not an AEAT homologation or a certified software list. RD 1007/2023 establishes that the manufacturer issues a responsible declaration of compliance. TeamSystem/Software del Sol has adapted Factusol to these requirements and it is the manufacturer that backs that conformity. At Summum we configure the module correctly so that invoicing records are generated and submitted in accordance with the regulation.

When do I need to migrate to Verifactu if I am a company?

If you are a legal entity (limited company, public limited company, etc.), the deadline is 1 January 2027 under RDL 15/2025. If you are self-employed, the deadline is 1 July 2027. We recommend not waiting until the last quarter: migrating to DELSOL 360 and training the team takes time, and mistakes during the go-live phase are easier to correct when there is no deadline pressure.

I have been using desktop Factusol for years. Can I migrate my historical data?

Yes. Factusol cloud imports data from desktop versions. During the migration process we review and clean the product master, the customer and supplier portfolio and outstanding balances. Historical Contasol entries can also be migrated, although a cut-off date is usually agreed and read-only access to the previous version is maintained.

Can an accounting firm use DELSOL 360 to manage multiple clients?

Contasol and Nominasol have firm-oriented versions that allow you to manage multiple companies from a single workspace. If your practice also needs advanced tax management (personal income tax, corporation tax, AEAT forms, property management), also consider Aplifisa, the TeamSystem suite for practices that we implement alongside DELSOL 360.

What is the difference between Factusol and DELSOL 360?

Factusol is the invoicing and stock control module: it handles purchases, sales, delivery notes, price lists and warehouses, but does not include accounting. DELSOL 360 is the suite that integrates Factusol with Contasol (accounting) and Nominasol (payroll) in the cloud. All three modules share data in real time, eliminating manual exports between programmes.
