DELSOL 360: invoicing, accounting and payroll in one cloud suite

·

Managing invoicing in one program, accounting in another and payroll in a third is a constant source of errors and duplicated work. Data that does not reconcile, manual exports between tools, discrepancies at monthly closes: any administrative director or financial manager of an SME knows that friction well. DELSOL 360 was created precisely to eliminate it: it is the TeamSystem España cloud suite that integrates Factusol (invoicing and stock), Contasol (professional accounting) and Nominasol (payroll and Social Security) in a single connected environment accessible from any device.

At Summum Sistemas, Official Partner of TeamSystem in Spain, we implement and support DELSOL 360 from Castilla y León and the Canary Islands. In this article we explain what the suite is, how the integration between its three modules works, what tax obligations it covers and when it makes sense to make the move.

What is DELSOL 360 and where does it come from

Software del Sol (DELSOL) is a company from Mengíbar, Jaén, specialised for more than two decades in management software for SMEs. Its original model was pioneering: offering Factusol, Contasol and Nominasol free of charge with revenue based on add-on services. In February 2021, TeamSystem S.p.A., the largest Italian group of management software for SMEs (more than 3.1 million customers and revenue of approximately 1,150 million euros in 2025), acquired DELSOL and integrated its products into a subscription cloud offering.

DELSOL 360 is the result of that evolution: the three desktop programs that many SMEs already knew now work together in the cloud, with no need for local installation or manual exports between modules. Data flows automatically: an invoice issued in Factusol generates the corresponding accounting entry in Contasol, and a new hire recorded in Nominasol feeds the personnel expense line without manual intervention.

The three modules of the suite: what each one does

Factusol: invoicing, purchasing and stock control

Factusol is the invoicing and commercial management module. It allows you to issue invoices, delivery notes, quotes and purchase orders, control stock in real time, manage suppliers and customers, and connect with a point of sale via TPVsol. It is not an accounting program, but in DELSOL 360 it connects directly with Contasol to transfer accounting entries without re-entering data. It is ready for Verifactu: the invoicing record system required by the AEAT under Royal Decree 1007/2023.

Contasol: professional accounting and SII

Contasol covers all company accounting: journal entries, day book, general ledger, balance sheets, VAT returns (303, 390), income tax (130, 131), Corporation Tax and annual accounts aligned with the PGC. It includes the Immediate Supply of Information (SII) module for companies subject to it (annual turnover above 6 million euros). In the DELSOL 360 environment, commercial documents from Factusol are automatically converted into accounting entries, eliminating the double data entry that wastes time and generates errors.

Nominasol: payroll, contracts and Social Security

Nominasol manages the complete basic human resources cycle: payroll calculation, social insurance settlement via SILTRA and NS Conect@, contracts, severance, income tax withholdings and forms 111 and 190. It runs exclusively in a Windows environment. In the DELSOL 360 suite, the payroll cost calculated in Nominasol is transferred to Contasol as a personnel expense, closing the economic-financial cycle without manual gaps.

Comparison table: DELSOL 360 versus using the programs separately

Support Per independent product Unified support for the whole suite

Verifactu and electronic invoicing: what you need to know before 2027

One of the most pressing reasons to review your management software is the entry into force of Verifactu, the invoicing control system regulated by Royal Decree 1007/2023. Legal entities (companies) must be compliant before 1 January 2027; self-employed individuals before 1 July 2027. These deadlines stem from Royal Decree-Law 15/2025.

It is important to clarify a point that causes confusion: there is no list of software «approved» or «certified» by the AEAT. The legal mechanism is the manufacturer's declaration of responsibility, as established by RD 1007/2023. What you need to verify is that your supplier has adapted the product to the technical requirements of the regulation — in the case of TeamSystem/DELSOL this includes Factusol and, through FactuGes, Aplifisa products.

SII (Immediate Supply of Information) and Verifactu are mutually exclusive systems: companies already subject to SII (annual turnover above 6 million euros) do not need to implement Verifactu. Contasol covers SII for those already in that regime.

If you still have Factusol in an unupdated desktop version, or you are using an old version of Contasol, the time to migrate to the cloud suite and ensure compliance before 1 January 2027 is getting short. At Summum Sistemas we manage the DELSOL 360 implementation and migration process from start to finish, including Verifactu configuration verification and testing with the validation environment.

Who is DELSOL 360 right for

DELSOL 360 is a particularly good fit for these profiles:

It is not the ideal solution for accounting firms and professional offices that manage multiple clients: for that profile, the Aplifisa suite (also from TeamSystem) offers specific modules for practice management, employee portal and multi-firm administration. Nor does it replace a distribution or manufacturing ERP: for those cases, Distrito K (also integrated into TeamSystem) covers warehouses, routes and production with greater depth.

What the implementation process looks like with Summum Sistemas

Implementing DELSOL 360 is not just about activating a subscription. The experience accumulated since 2007 across more than 2,000 digitalisation projects in Castilla y León and the Canary Islands allows us to structure the process in four concrete phases that minimise downtime and ensure that historical data is not lost:

  1. Prior diagnosis: we analyse the current state of the software (version, configuration, historical data, integrations with third parties such as banks or e-commerce) and define the actual scope of the migration.
  2. Data migration: we export the historical record of invoices, entries, customer, supplier and employee files to the DELSOL 360 cloud environment, verifying record integrity before activating the system.
  3. Configuration and training: we adjust the tax parameters (VAT, income tax, SII if applicable, Verifactu), configure the automatic flows between modules and train the team in the new working environment.
  4. Ongoing support: we accompany you through the first accounting closes and payroll runs, resolve incidents and update the configuration in response to regulatory changes (Verifactu, AEAT forms, new collective agreements).

Frequently asked questions

Can I use only Factusol or Contasol in the cloud without purchasing the full suite?

Yes. Each DELSOL product has its own independent cloud subscription. The advantage of contracting DELSOL 360 as a suite is precisely the automatic integration between the three modules and the simplification of support and billing. If your company only needs invoicing (with no in-house accounting or payroll), Factusol cloud or even Billin may be more tailored options. We help you choose based on your specific situation.

Does DELSOL 360 comply with Verifactu?

Factusol, the invoicing module of the suite, is adapted to the technical requirements of Verifactu according to the manufacturer's declaration of responsibility (TeamSystem/DELSOL), as required by Royal Decree 1007/2023. There is no official list of software «certified» by the AEAT: compliance rests on that declaration of responsibility. The obligation comes into force on 1 January 2027 for legal entities and 1 July 2027 for self-employed individuals. If you have doubts about your current configuration, consult us before those dates.

We have used the free version of Factusol or Contasol for years. What happens to our historical data?

Migration from the desktop version (free or paid) to the cloud preserves the historical record of customers, suppliers, products, invoices and accounting entries. However, data integrity depends on the state of the local database and the exact version you are using. That is why it is essential to carry out the process with specialist technical support: we analyse your database before migrating, detect inconsistencies and resolve any issues before they affect your daily operations.

Can I integrate DELSOL 360 with my online shop or my bank?

Factusol allows you to import orders and manage stock linked to an online shop, although the depth of integration depends on the e-commerce platform. For more complex synchronisations between the ERP and a digital sales channel, at Summum Sistemas we offer e-commerce/ERP integration services that can complement the suite. Regarding banking, Contasol allows you to import bank statements in standard formats for automatic accounting reconciliation.
