Distrito K is the ERP that TeamSystem added to its portfolio in September 2024 following its acquisition of the Galician company of the same name. It covers the critical processes of distribution, wholesale and manufacturing companies: warehouse management, delivery routes, production control, integrated purchasing and sales. This is not a generic invoicing program; it is a solution built for businesses with physical goods movement, where real-time stock control, lot traceability and route planning make the difference between gaining or losing margin.

At Summum Sistemas we have been working since 2007 alongside industrial SMEs and distributors in Castilla y León and the Canary Islands on the implementation of management software. With Distrito K we handle projects ranging from fresh deployments for companies without a previous ERP to migrations from legacy solutions that no longer scale. We carry out process analysis, system configuration, master data loading — products, customers, suppliers, price lists — and user training so that go-live does not bring your business to a halt.

The regulatory horizon adds urgency to the transition: if your company invoices and is still unclear on how Verifactu affects you (mandatory for legal entities from 1 January 2027 under RDL 15/2025), now is the right moment to tackle the upgrade alongside your ERP implementation or renewal. The legal mechanism is not an AEAT certification; it is a responsible declaration by the software manufacturer under RD 1007/2023. What matters is that your software issues compliant invoicing records and that your team knows how to operate it correctly. We make sure that happens.

The Distrito K ERP process.

The process · four stages
01

Process analysis

We map your value chain: how you buy, store, sell and distribute. We identify the bottlenecks in your current system and define the data model and workflows that Distrito K must replicate or improve. The result is a scope document approved before anything is touched.

02

Configuration and data loading

We configure Distrito K according to your structure: product families, warehouses, channel price lists, delivery routes and zones, purchasing conditions. We migrate master data from your previous system — whether a legacy ERP, spreadsheets or a DELSOL solution — with integrity validation before go-live.

03

Training and controlled go-live

We train users by role: warehouse, administration, sales, management. We run a parallel start or a cutover depending on project risk. We are present during the first days of live operation to resolve incidents as they arise, not the following day.

04

Ongoing support and evolution

After go-live, we provide continuous technical and functional support: issue resolution, version upgrades, adjustments when your commercial structure or regulations change, and integration with other TeamSystem ecosystem tools if needed. A long-term relationship, not a single-delivery project.

Frequently asked questions about Distrito K ERP.

What type of company needs Distrito K rather than a solution like Factusol?

Factusol covers invoicing and basic stock control well for retail businesses and micro-enterprises. Distrito K is the right choice when a company has more complex processes: multiple warehouses, own delivery routes, production or manufacturing, or a sales structure with differentiated channel pricing. If your business involves physical goods movement with significant volume and logistical complexity, Distrito K offers greater operational depth.

How long does a Distrito K implementation take?

It depends on the volume of master data and the complexity of processes, but for standard distributor or wholesaler projects with a single location the typical timeframe is between 6 and 12 weeks from analysis to go-live. Migrations with complex historical data or multi-site implementations may require more time. We will give you a specific timeline after the initial analysis.

Does Distrito K already comply with Verifactu requirements?

Distrito K is part of the TeamSystem portfolio, and as the manufacturer TeamSystem is responsible for adapting its products to RD 1007/2023 through a responsible declaration. There is no AEAT 'certification' or official list of approved software; compliance rests with the manufacturer, not the implementor. We ensure the version we install is up to date and that your team operates invoice issuance correctly before the deadline: 1 January 2027 for legal entities.

Can you migrate data from our current ERP to Distrito K?

Yes. Data migration is part of the service. We work with exports from common ERPs, proprietary databases and DELSOL solutions. We perform an initial data cleansing and normalisation before loading, validate integrity with the client and run consistency checks before go-live. The goal is that on cutover day the data is complete and correct.

Do you provide support after implementation or only for the initial project?

We provide ongoing support after go-live. We cover resolution of functional and technical incidents, version upgrades, adjustments when your commercial structure changes and team queries. We work with support agreements tailored to the size and needs of each company, from hour packs to monthly support contracts.
