Factusol: implementation, migration and support

Factusol is the invoicing and stock-control software by TeamSystem (DELSOL) most widely used by SMEs and retailers across Spain. As an Official TeamSystem Partner, at Summum Sistemas we implement it, adapt it to your workflows and guide you through Verifactu compliance before the legal deadline.

ScopeSMEs, micro-businesses and retailers managing invoicing and stock

Factusol covers the full commercial cycle — quotes, orders, delivery notes, sales invoices, purchase invoices and stock control — without venturing into accounting. That separation is an advantage for SMEs and retailers that manage their warehouse in-house and leave accounting to their advisory firm: each party uses the tool it knows best, and data flows between Factusol and Contasol without double entry. The programme is available as a Windows desktop application and as a cloud version, with indicative plans ranging from €19.50 to €82 per month depending on the number of users and features contracted. Final prices and licence conditions are set by TeamSystem; we advise on the most suitable edition for your volume.

The most pressing challenge for current Factusol users is adapting to Verifactu. Royal Decree-Law 15/2025 of 2 December sets the deadline at 1 January 2027 for legal entities and 1 July 2027 for other businesses and sole traders. Verifactu is not a minor update: it requires every issued invoice to be recorded with a cryptographic chain that guarantees its immutability, and that the software is capable of transmitting those records to the Spanish Tax Agency (AEAT) should the business choose to do so. TeamSystem has already adapted Factusol to these requirements via the manufacturer's responsible declaration in accordance with RD 1007/2023; what requires specialist intervention is correctly activating that functionality in your specific installation, validating it with your actual invoice series and ensuring that no inherited configurations override it.

Many SMEs have been using Factusol for years under licences that predate the subscription model, or with desktop versions that need to migrate to the cloud to take advantage of multi-device access and the automatic updates that include regulatory changes. At Summum Sistemas we plan that transition without losing your invoice history, customer and supplier data, or configured price lists. If you also need to connect Factusol with an online shop, a physical POS via Tpvsol, or transfer sales data to Contasol for accounting, we integrate all those flows so your team does not have to perform manual work between systems.

The Factusol process.

The process · four stages
01

Analysis of your current situation

We review the installed version of Factusol, the licence model, invoice and product volumes, and the level of Verifactu readiness. We identify what needs to be configured, migrated or updated and how much time remains before the legal deadline.

02

Implementation or migration

We install and configure Factusol in the appropriate environment — desktop or cloud — import customer, supplier and product master data, adjust invoice series and price lists, and activate the Verifactu module with your company parameters.

03

Validation and testing

We issue test invoices to verify the cryptographic chain, the QR code and the correct format of the records. Where applicable, we test the connection with Contasol and the AEAT submission channel before going live.

04

Training and ongoing support

We train your team in day-to-day management: issuing invoices, stock control, report generation and export to accounting. After go-live we provide support to resolve incidents, apply regulatory updates and extend the use of the programme.

Frequently asked questions about Factusol.

Does Factusol handle accounting or only invoicing?

Factusol covers the commercial cycle: quotes, orders, delivery notes, sales invoices, purchase invoices and stock control. It does not generate accounting entries or submit VAT or income tax returns. For that, Contasol integrates directly with Factusol. If your advisory firm uses Contasol, sales and purchase data transfer automatically without manual re-entry.

Is Factusol compliant with Verifactu?

Yes. TeamSystem has adapted Factusol to the requirements of RD 1007/2023 via the manufacturer's responsible declaration, which is the legal mechanism provided for by the regulation: there is no list of software 'approved' or 'certified' by the AEAT. What requires implementation work is correctly activating that functionality in your specific installation, validating the chain with your actual invoice series and ensuring that updates are applied before the deadline — 1 January 2027 for legal entities and 1 July 2027 for sole traders, per RD-Law 15/2025.

I have been using an old version of Factusol without a subscription for years. What do I need to do?

Versions predating TeamSystem's subscription model will not receive regulatory updates, including those required for Verifactu. Migrating to a subscription licence is practically mandatory to meet the 2027 deadlines. At Summum Sistemas we plan that migration preserving your data history and adjusting the configuration to your current version of Windows or to the cloud, as you prefer.

Can I use Factusol alongside an online shop?

Yes. Factusol allows centralised stock management and can connect with e-commerce platforms so that online sales deduct inventory and generate the corresponding delivery notes and invoices. The technical integration depends on the platform you use; at Summum Sistemas we assess it case by case and implement it when viable.

What happens if I need support after implementation?

We offer ongoing support contracts covering incident resolution, application of TeamSystem regulatory updates, training for new users and configuration adjustments when your business operations change. The support level is agreed based on your usage and company volume.
