Tpvsol is the natural companion to Factusol for shops that need a fast, reliable point of sale. While Factusol manages the catalogue, suppliers and purchases, Tpvsol takes over at the counter: it charges, prints the receipt, decrements stock and feeds the data back to Factusol without any double entry. The result is a closed loop — till, warehouse and invoicing — that eliminates end-of-day discrepancies.

At Summum Sistemas we implement Tpvsol as part of a complete project: we analyse how you work today (manual till, legacy POS, unintegrated software), migrate your product catalogue and price lists from Factusol, configure all peripherals (barcode scanner, receipt printer, cash drawer) and train your counter staff. We do not just hand over a licence — we get the system fully operational and stay close to resolve any issue that arises.

With the arrival of Verifactu — mandatory for legal entities from 1 January 2027 and for self-employed individuals from 1 July 2027 — the issuance of receipts and simplified invoices must also comply with Royal Decree 1007/2023. Point-of-sale diagnosis

We audit your current situation: available hardware, existing till software, product catalogue in Factusol and payment flows. We identify what needs to be migrated, which peripherals are compatible and what adjustments are required for VAT settings and product families.

Installation and configuration

We install Tpvsol, connect it to your Factusol instance and configure all sales parameters: payment methods, receipt printing, till shifts, discounts and loyalty cards where applicable. We test the stock synchronisation before the shop opens to the public.

Counter staff training

We train cashiers and the shop manager: till opening and closing, fast checkout, returns, stock queries and daily reconciliation. Training is hands-on, using your own catalogue and your own hardware.

Ongoing support and maintenance

We resolve till incidents, update the software when the vendor releases new versions and guide you through the Verifactu transition before the obligation takes effect. Phone and ticket support accessible from our offices in Castilla y León and the Canary Islands.

Frequently asked questions about Tpvsol.

Does Tpvsol work without Factusol?

Tpvsol is designed as a companion to Factusol: it shares the product catalogue, prices and stock. Although it can technically be used independently, its greatest value lies precisely in the integration. If you need a POS that is decoupled from Factusol, we can analyse together which solution best fits your situation.

What hardware do I need to run Tpvsol?

Tpvsol runs on Windows. You can use a standard counter PC. Common peripherals — USB barcode scanner, thermal receipt printer and cash drawer — are compatible as long as they have a Windows driver. During the initial diagnosis we verify that your existing hardware is suitable, or advise you on what to purchase.

Is Tpvsol ready for Verifactu?

TeamSystem / Software del Sol is adapting its DELSOL product family to the requirements of Royal Decree 1007/2023. The obligation takes effect on 1 January 2027 for legal entities and 1 July 2027 for self-employed individuals. At Summum Sistemas we help you plan the transition with plenty of lead time. The legal mechanism is the manufacturer's declaration of conformity, not a certification from the Spanish tax authority (AEAT).

How long does implementation take?

For a shop with a single point of sale and an existing catalogue in Factusol, implementation typically takes one or two working days. If there are multiple tills, a catalogue migration from another system or additional hardware to configure, the timeline extends accordingly. We define the scope during the initial diagnosis.

Can I expand to an online store connected to the POS?

Yes. Summum Sistemas integrates Factusol and Tpvsol with e-commerce platforms so that online stock and orders are managed from the same catalogue as the physical shop. Check our e-commerce–ERP integration service for the available options.
